How do I modify an order?
Modifying an order after paying is possible only with the consent of the manufacturer. In this case, you need to contact the manager by mail (sales@wellerasia.com), and we will try to make every effort to make changes at the factory.
How do I cancel an order?
Refusal to order after payment has a significant difference: taking into account that the manufacturer acts in this case as a contractor, since he manufactures the goods according to your order, then in case of refusal, the manufacturer has the right to demand from you reimbursement of the costs incurred by the manufacturer and payment for the work that he actually performed before the customer canceled the contract. These costs can be up to 80% of the value of the returned goods.
In such cases, Weller may offer you to sell the product through our dealers, however, this is only possible if the product has not been used and the packaging has not been destroyed.
Why is my order delayed?
Factories make every effort for their own shipment, however, given that no factory manufactures goods entirely from their components, the manufacturing process is affected by the delay in deliveries of components from different subcontractors.
